The saying goes that knowledge is everything, and the best way to get knowledge is from those who
have done it before. This is the place to post your daily grind on that epic build. Show the world, educate
the like-minded builders or post up questions on whatever has your conversion stalled.

Like anything the proof is in the pictures. Doesn’t matter if your conversion is a daily driven hay hauler
for the ranch, purpose built drag race or dyno monster or SEMA show-stopper—we want to show it off

What we do

Offer Parts and Wisdom

Turn Key

Let’s face it, a full-on conversion from start to finish can be a little more than just overwhelming, even for a seasoned mechanic. The newer the truck and or engine, the more complicated it becomes. DCS has been in the conversion business for nearly 20 years and cranked out countless conversions over those years. Having your conversion done right here in the DCS house nets you a couple significant benefits. First, we’ve done them a lot, so the final finish is second to none. And, you get the latest and greatest hat DCS has to offer.

conversion Parts

There are adapter parts makers and there are conversion companies. Difference? The details. Anyone can build an adapter plate to go from an engine to a transmission. Not everyone builds an installation package that is specifically researched and designed so that it fits your truck like it was always there.

Specialty parts

There are times when you have your own plan, and you just need a unique part or two to get it done. Things like or Land Rover NV3550 or NV4500 to LT 230 adapter, or the Cummins R2.8 line of adapters, and even our high mount a/c and alternator mount for 3.9, 5.9 12 and 24 valve engines. Special parts for special jobs!

4WD & BEYOND

In the world of overland adventuring, there is always going to be a compromise between the amount of space required for the stuff you want to take with you and the vehicle the trail or adventure will accommodate. The full-size van is often the ideal compromise of space —more than an SUV, but smaller than a motorhome–so you can bring more than just essential gear without a huge vehicle footprint. The Ford E Series is a great example of an inexpensive but often overlooked vehicle to build on. DCS offers both 4-wheel drive and diesel conversions for Ford E 350 and 450 series vans. Making it more capable on the trail or back road and have the mileage range you’ll need for that epic multi-continent adventure!!!
